The Cage Warriors 149 – CW 149 kick off the new year this Saturday with their first event of 2023. San Diego’s Sycuan Casino Resort, California, will host the Cage Warriors 149 event. Former UFC flyweight champion Wilson Reis faces off against bantamweight newcomer Johnny Campbell in the main event.
The full 16-event Cage Warriors program for 2023 was revealed last week. Three more trips by the group to San Diego are planned for this year.
June 2, September 8, and December 15 are the dates for those activities. The group will make its debut at one of the other events in France, Italy, England, and Ireland, which will be held at a later date.

Cage Warriors revealed last week the full schedule for 2023, which includes fourteen events. The group will return to San Diego three more times this year.

Jamey Lynch performs in front of his home crowd in the main co-main event. The American training in San Diego will fight in Cage Warriors for the sixth time. Lynch appeared to have a fantastic 2022, defeating Albert Lee and Cesar Gonzalez. Lynch will want revenge for his loss to Erick Sanchez last September by defeating Georgii Eivas, who is 26 years old.
