The Dutch Grand Prix is always an event not to be missed by F1 fans. Here’s everything you need to know about the start time, tracks and how to watch it live online!

Verstappen returned in excellent style after losing much of his FP1 session due to a gearbox failure to clinch pole position at his home race for the second year in a row.

Despite being faster in the first and third sectors, Charles Leclerc’s mistake at Turn 10 lost him the race, as the Ferrari driver trailed Verstappen by only 0.021s.

Carlos Sainz finished third in the sister Ferrari ahead of Lewis Hamilton, who had to abort his final qualifying attempt due to a spin for Red Bull driver Sergio Perez.

The Mexican lost control at Turn 13, jeopardizing Hamilton’s chances of qualifying on the first row, though he admitted that his hopes of qualifying on the front row were “optimistic.”

George Russell, Perez’s teammate, was also impacted by Perez’s spin and will start the sixth, ahead of best-of-the-rest Lando Norris. Daniel Ricciardo, another McLaren driver, was eliminated in Q1 and will start 18th, the Australian one of three drivers whose team-mates made the top-10 shootout.

Haas driver Kevin Magnussen will start ninth, nine positions behind teammate Mick Schumacher, while four-time world winner Sebastian Vettel was caught out at Turn 13 and sucked into the gravel on his way to 19th.

His Aston Martin teammate Lance Stroll qualified for Q3 with the eighth-fastest time in Q2, but a mechanical issue prevented him from leaving the garage in the top 10 shootout.

After Q2 was red-flagged for a spectator throwing a flare onto the track, Verstappen condemned the “stupid” behavior in his post-qualifying press conference. The person responsible was fired.

The Dutch Grand Prix will take place on Sunday, September 4th, 2022. The race is scheduled to start at 9:00 p.m. ET / 6:00 p.m. PT on NBCSN in the United States and TSN2 in Canada.

What tracks will be used for the Dutch Grand Prix?

There are two main tracks that will be used for the Dutch Grand Prix – The Circuit de Spa-Francorchamps and the Circuit Zandvoort.

The Circuit de Spa-Francorchamps is located in the town of Stavelot, Belgium and has been used for Formula One races since 1924. The track is 7.004 kilometers long and features such iconic sections as the Eau Rouge/Radillon complex and the Kemmel Straight.

The Circuit Zandvoort is located in the town of Zandvoort, Netherlands and has been used for Formula One races since 1952. The track is 4.252 kilometers long and features such iconic sections as the Tarzanbocht hairpin turn and the Hugenholtzbocht chicane.
